Ayatollah Khamenei toured various sections of the exhibition on Monday morning and talked to publishers and book readers.

Tehran International Book Fair kicked off on May 8 and will run for 10 days.

The 35th Tehran International Book Fair opened at the grand mosque in the capital Tehran in the morning of May 8 and will conclude on May 18.

In total, about 60 foreign publishers are taking part in the book fair, presenting around 50,000 books compared to 45,000 books last year.
