Iran, Malaysian university sign MoU to boost cultural ties

IBNA- Iranian cultural attaché in Malaysia and Sultan Idris Education University (UPSI) have inked a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to expand ties in culture and art.

Iran's cultural attaché in Malaysia, Habib-Reza Arzani held a meeting with the head and faculty members of the Faculty of Art, Sustainability and Creative Industries of Sultan Idris Education University (UPSI).

The both sides exchanged views on establishing effective cooperation, exchanging university professors and students, holding various art workshops, holding various art exhibitions for works from both countries.

Expressing his satisfaction with the UPSI activities in the field of art, Arzani said in the meeting that Iran was ready to cooperate in the project of art of the mosques of the world, IRNA reported.

Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI) is one of the top public universities in Tanjong Malim, Malaysia. It ranks 951-1000 in QS World University Rankings.
